Description : The retention of employees has emerged as a primary concern in the rapidly evolving business environment of today, particularly for SMEs. When it comes to boosting employee retention and productivity, HR policies have a significant impact, particularly in SMEs. According to the findings of this research, we present an approach for predicting employee retention that is based on artificial neural networks (ANN). The suggested artificial neural network (ANN) model has been visually contrasted with the baseline models (LR and DT) in order to demonstrate how the proposed model provides more accurate predictions regarding employee retention. A score of 0.96 was obtained for the AUC among the three models, which demonstrated an accuracy of 92.10%.
